Add on feed back please

I have lost my help with my first web site project and am now looking for some feed back. There are several things I would like to incorporate into my site and would appreciate input on any specific add-ons that anyone has used. Please keep in mind that is is my first site and I have no prior experiance in this area. The three main things I need to pin down are,
1) A message board
2) Picture posting - by site visitors
3) Classifieds
I would like to use add-ons that are not advertiser supported so I understand that these might be fee based. Ease of set up and use are key as this whole thing has me somewhat baffled and I'm now a one man band who is tone deaf.:)

I see many people have looked at this thread but not responded. Is this post better suited for another area of the forum?

try the open discussion..... forum.....

as fo all of these..... you might try http://hotscripts.com

they have many perl programs.... " very well documented"... on how to install.... and most only request you link back to their sites.... or leave their copyright notices intact.....
