Animation Request

Okay, I have this little problem. My friend who usually does animations for me can't get his program to work, and I'm kind of on a tight schedule.

There are only three frames to the animation I'm making. Here are the images I need put together:

Each one should display a couple seconds, but the first one needs to display a second or two longer than the others. If someone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

Okay, I have another request. Hopefully I won't have to ask for this sort of thing any longer once I get my software. :(

Anyway, here's the request. I need these five images (http://www.pipehouse.net/temporary.html) put together to make a graphic like the one above in Builder's post. The images need to display two or three seconds each, that's it.

By the way, I am very lacking in saying that I used Microsoft GIF Animator to build the graphic a couple of posts above. It's free, and (for Microsoft) amazingly small. Also has a short learning curve. Get it here:
