the past few weeks I noticed that towards the end of the day the
counter takes off a number of hits from the previous day, is it just
making a correction.......

Mann INC..... the hit counter on my homepage......NEDSTAT........I e-mailed them and got not answer yet to soon maybe......but just wondered if anyone knew why :)

I see. The only "counter" I use is good old webstats. I use to use SiteMeter (with a previous host), but got rid of it when I moved here.
