Creating a database?

Hey guys I dont see anywhere on my OPS panel so maybe someone could help me, how do I create a database? or is this something I have to request and it will be created for me?

You need to create it in http://ops.powweb.com

Where, exactly? The main OPS page just has the domain status under the billing secion.

After logging into OPS, click on the appropriate package. Then go to the Billing/Plan tab - it'll be near the bottom.
