ops login

just signed up. Can't get into ops with info I have. Support says tiher is a way to check my user ops sign in. Can't find avywhere on the site to request ops user name sign in, anyone no where this link is?

that link does not help, it takes me to the ops login which does not accept the info I have to sign in to ops, I'm sur the info I have is correct, however it will not accept my info, if I signed up on 3-2-04 is it to early to access ops?

No. You should be able to access OPS right after signing up. Doublecheck the info you're using against the information you got in the email from PowWeb.

thanks for the speedy reply, but pow web does not send you info on your ops user name, only info on user name and password after you get in to ops. Do I have that wrong, that their is not a seperate user, password after you get into ops? at the ops sign in they will e-mail you a password, but not user name. Their must be some where i can go to request ops sign in user name. the info I have I believe to be correct but if it is not working then I need to verify. I understand the security issue, but since you can change your password once inside ops, then I don't see why getting the ops user name is so difficult, Paientice

In the email titled "Welcome to PowWeb Hosting" you should find the following paragraph:You can login to our Member Operations Area with the WebUser you selected during the order process. From there you can review your account status, read or FAQ's and Support Pages, and make changes to your account

I have reviewed that e-mail and have tried upper and lower case on the password and still nothing, I reqested another password, which was sent emmediatly. I tried upper lower case, combination, still nothing. I need to verify user name, what can I do to verify user name? The welcome e-mail just said you can access ops with info you have supplied, which I have done. When I supplied ops user name on registration, it said use a name simmilar to web name which i did , I need to verify user name

Iv'e tried every combination, until I can verify ops user name, I 'll have to wait to enter ops. I 've e-mailed support and from the reply they only will supply account user name, not ops user name, I'll call support tommorow if e-mail reply does not verify ops user name

Thanks for the help everyone. Went back and tried a few more combo's. The problem was( besides being tired ) that on the pass word I did not realize that the first digit in was a number, not a letter. So with a few different ops user name combo's, I hit it. How do you guys put up with newbie dumbie questions? Don't resort to heavy drinking! Thanks for speedy reply!
