Seeing Double

Sometimes I get duplicate e-mails sent to my account this has been going on for about 2 weeks or so. I'm sure its pretty simple...just not for me.
Any Ideas anyone?

is that when checking your email from microsoft outlook? Ive been getting that from my hotmail account, but If I wait 10 minutes, it corrects itself.

Actually I check my mail from a laptop and a desktop which have outlook and outlook express respectivly.
The laptop will receive mail only and leave a copy on the server, the desktop will also leave a copy on the server but will delete the mail from the server when it is deleted from the desktop.
I have sent an e-mail to support however I'm not happy with the new layout that pow has and will be changeing my mail server to another place. It seems to me that this fits the time line as to when they changed thier system.
