All FTP functions fail with access denied.

When accessing my site via FTP with any client, including the new web client, all functions fail with access denied.

I can log in and see the files, I just can't delete or change any of them.

Any ideas? Perhaps this ties into the the ftp01 server problems?

I just noticed the problem today after trying to push live a blog update.

While ftp01 is still having problems (I am also on ftp01), I don't think that is one of them. I would call or email support. I had what sounds like the same problem with an ftp user a week or so back. They had to fix it.

Hi jeremedia,

I checked your htdocs directory and noticed it had the improper ownership. I changed it to make your user the owner. You should be able to upload files now without any problem.
