I'll first give a little back story to this situation... Im in a local club which includes about 30 members. There's was talk of developing a webpage for the club. I jumped in reccomended Powweb since I have been with them since late Dec- havent had any problems, and the price is unbeatable. My domain was active after only being registered for 2 hours- www.GeminiMojoPress.com (my girlfriends page- I do all her web manament). Sounded good to everyone- so the guy who was funding the site registered from the link on our site to give us the refferal credit. This was back on Feburary 1st. My credit has now become active, yet the domain is still not active- http://www.mazters.com. He has called and talk to people numerous times- was told that it may have just slipped though the cracks. Finally it has gotten to a point where the page shows up on his computer- yet it still isnt valid on mine, or any of the other members Ive spoken to. I know Im not the point man for this, but felt it necessary to come out and say something as this is making me look really bad. So I guess Im asking...What is the problem with this webpage? Over a month just to get it active on his own computer is a little extreme. This is one month he's completely lost on his account- can this be credited. i.e. give an extra month for time lost? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks-Steve
