MySQL Server Port

Just another quick question.

I downloaded Mascon and hopefully will have atleast connected to my db server before the trial period runs out. Having a lot of experience using MS SQL Enterprise Manager, I am a little lost here.

The properties for my Connection are as follows:

ConnectionName: (my database name)
Server Host/IP: meteor.powerweb.com
Server Port: 3306
User: (my db username)

But when I try to connect, the following message is returned:

Could not connect using faeadmin@meteor.powweb.com

Any help would be once again greatly appreciated.

I should have read all of this forum before I submitted this.

The answer was that: I had to created a user in my OPs area. In short, even though MySQL was set up, I had to add the user
