installing OSCommerce

I have been using OSCommerce for 2 years and I am not a newbie to setting it up, but I just changed hosting companies to yours and have not been able to successfully get it running. I have had no problems with phpwebhosting but have been struggeling with this for a month.

What would my database server be? I have been using mysql03.powweb.com

I get an error message stating my SQL file does not exist, when I ftp to my site I see it

You need to add the SQL database. Click on the Billing tab in Member Operations and at the bottom, click on mySQL. Create the database with a username and password. It will tell you which server you are on. You should not be able to see mySQL "files" in FTP.
