I just recently started letting mods on my forums have ga.com addresses. I was wondering if the storage limit I was given is per address or total for all of my addresses i have for my domain.
Like when it tells me i have so many mb of the alloted inbox or storage space used.. is that just mine? Does every user (not address) have the same?
Is there a limit to how many users you can have?

From the FAQs:
Email quotas are as follows:
- 50mb of storage space per POP account (if you are using PowWeb's webmail client the limit is 25mb for the inbox and a total of 25mb in user-created folders).
- 10mb attachment size limit for outgoing mail.
- No more than 1000 outgoing emails per package in any 24 hour period (note that each recipient of a single email counts as one message, so one email with 50 recipients is considered 50 messages).
And I believe it is 650 email accounts you can have.

I'm having a "being thick" day today - I can't find my webmail usage!
I've looked all over Powweb's webmail, and in ops I can find highly useful info like how many times I have connected to my mailbox, but nothing about usage! Help me out here - it must be staring me in the face...

It used to be in WebMail, but for some reason it's no longer there.
Besides the 1000 limit on number of outbound messages per day, there was some limit on the number of addresses on the To/CC/Bc lines in a single message. I ran into this last year when I needed to send out a mailing to about 200 people. I remember several other people raising this question, but I don't remember seeing a definitive answer (search didn't turn up anything either). The limit was around 40 or so. Does anyone know for certain? If I remember, the message was sent via Outlook Express, not Webmail. Unfortunately, I don't remember the error messages on the ones that failed.

It's 50 recipients per email, no matter in the To, CC, or BCC addressing.

Hi,
Is there any way to get it back ?

I believe admins are working on that. I thought I saw that in another post somewhere...
In another thread James told me they were working on that, and will also show each users current storage level in OPS. That will be nice.
