It takes 3-5 days or so for your domain to propegate the internet (become viewable by everyone). This means that you will need to wait for both http & email to respond when propegation is done.
For all your info, just log into OPS
http://ops.powweb.com

you should be able to view your site by a temporary url. This can be found under the HTTP tab in OPS.

If you signed up yesterday it may be another day or two before your domain name works. That is the way the Internet works. It takes a few days for new domain names to make their way around.
But you can use your temp url now. You will find that in OPS.
Jade types faster than I do :)

Thank you. how come the email didnt tell me that? so i cant edit it even on my temp page? or log on wsftp? only log on using op.powweb? thanks alot for your help
You should be able to ftp using your primary user name. Then see the page with your temp url.

i try to log on ftp but says log on failed
Are you using the right ftp server? Look in ops. Are you using the right username? It is not the same one you use for OPS. Look in OPS.

Yes...it takes 2-5 days for your domain name to propagate...its just the way it works (everyone has to wait). Email will also come along with the domain propagation. Just keep on trying and you'll see your new site...and enojy
