Ok lets take a step back and relax or we won't get anywhere ...
"FTP" is a way to move files from your machine to the server and back ... nothing to do with the web page construction.
What FTP program are you using and what problem are you having?

Ok move your pics and all your files from your hardrive inside to ... "htdocs" using the same dir/folder structure as on your hardrive.
You may have to create some folders on the server first with the MK/DIR button.
Also everything on the server is case sensitive. If you have folders on your hardrive named
Website_files ... that how you need to create them on the server.

I still don't understand what you are trying to say.
Do I delete everything and start over?
Then what ?

Just forget it! I am a total idiot! I am too tired to even begin to understand what you want me to do. Email me tomorrow at this address: KitsFlowerSeedShop@msn.com
Hopefully I will not be a total retard in the morning!
I wish powweb's ftp file transfer program was easier to use.

No you don't have to delete anything. If the same file is already on the server it will just overwrite it.
The file you have on your hardrive named website.htm
Rename it to index.html on your hardrive.
Upload it and all the pics that should show with that file inside htdocs dir/folder.
Let's see if the pic show then.
BTW: I cannot see what is on your hardrive and how you have these files. There's only so much I can do here.
Take a break and try fresh in the morning ... you seem way to frustrated at this time ;)

But why do the pages take so long to upload?Because the files that MS Publisher creates are huge.
For example your homepage is 250k+ ... plus the graphics
A normal html file with the same info would be 10k max ... plus graphics.
And when I add things to my website, what do I do then?Just upload all new files into htdocs as you did.

Remember kids during your Easter break.
DRIVING TIRED IS WORSE THAN DRIVING DRUNK.
jefferyk: upload speed is trypicaly 1/4 of download speed.
Publishing updates to a Web site is slightly different from publishing a Web site for the first time. After you publish a Web site to a location on the Web or a network, a shortcut to the Web server (Web server: A computer that hosts Web pages and responds to requests from browsers. Also known as an HTTP server, a Web server stores files whose URLs begin with http://.) or network server (server: On a local area network, a computer that controls access to all or part of the network and its resources, such as printers. On the World Wide Web, a computer running Web server software that responds to HTTP protocol requests. Also called a host.) will appear in My Network Places.
On the File menu, click Publish to the Web.
In the Publish to the Web dialog box, click My Network Places.
Double-click the shortcut to the folder on the Web server or network server where you published your Web site.
In the File name box, type the name of the file you are updating.
Double-click the folder where you want to save the file, and then click Save.
Note If you used an FTP to publish your Web site, you will need to use the same program to publish updates to your Web site.

I just tried visiting your website. Instead of the website, I am getting a list of the files on your site. You need to rename index.html.htm to index.html or index.htm. You should also seriously consider ditching MS Publisher. It is a dog ... a mangy dog ... with tick paralysis.
