Help Please Newbie Here

I've had the site for a few weeks now and I'm just starting to get things together on the site. I have a few questions...
I read something about a CPanel, where is that located? How can I set up MySQL or whatever it is? And how do I install php,cgi? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

There is no Cpanel. What PowWeb does have is the Member Operations (http://ops.powweb.com/) panel, known as OPS.

You can create your MySQL database from within OPS and manage users there. There is also a central install of PHPMyAdmin you can use.

PHP is already installed - you don't need to do anything to use it.

Ok, I have figured that out now my question is it asked me to open or save. What do I do? And if I'm to save it where do I save it at? Thanks again!

Open or save what? What are you doing?

You can do either - open: you will need to choose a program to view it with. save - you will choose a folder to save it to then locate and view it later.

What you view it with depends on the file. If its text try notepad.
