Alana,

First, have you turned on stats for this domain? If not, log into OPs, and go to "Packages" > "HTTP" tabs and select which webstats program you wish to use. (personally I prefer Awstats as it gives more detail).

If you have already turned on one of the stats then you should be able to view your stats page via yourdomain.com/webstats/

Just had a thought, are both of your domains sharing the same package? Is one of the domain names being pointed via domain pointing?

If that is the case, you can not seperate stats for the pointed domain. The best way would be to use something like Phlogger (http://www.phpee.com/) which allows you to place a code string on each page you want to track the stats on.

When I ordered my hosting I also took advantage of the free domain.
I already had my website hosted before but I wasn't happy with the host provider.
The guy that took my info made alanasecret the primary:(. I had to pay 25.00 for secretvenues.com to be pointed. This is not what I wanted since I dont even use alanasecret lol. Anyways thanks for answering me JJ....

You may want to contact billing@powweb.com and see about changing the primary domain to what you wanted. If you are under the first 30 day period, it may not cost you any more to have this done. It's worth asking at the least :)

I would presume that even the way things are, if you enable stats for your package you would get a decent portrayal of what is going on, since both domains seem to point to the exact same content.

I changed it in my ops section and waited the 5min and still nothing. Now a day later and still nothing.

I had noticed that and wasn't sure if you'd turned them on or not.

In that case, you may want to ftp into your site, and check for the existence of a "webstats" folder (inside of your htdocs folder). If it does not exist, then create one and then go back into OPs, turn OFF all webstats, wait 24 hours and then turn them back on again.

Also check for the existence of a "logs" folder at the same level as your htdocs folder. If that does not exist, you can create one of those as well.

If you use the Awstats, it will update twice daily, Webalizer only updates once per 24 hour period. It will usually take 12 to 24 hours after you've initialized webstats before you see anything.
