Domain Not Working

I uploaded my website a few days ago but neither my permanent nor my temporary URL will get me there.
I'm still pretty new at this and would greatly appreciate it if someone could take a look at http://www.marktexeira.com and let me know what I've done wrong and, if possible, how to fix it.

Your domain name does not work right now because your DNS is still pointing to:
NS1.NAMESDIRECT.COM 64.75.34.141
NS2.NAMESDIRECT.COM 206.12.4.2

You need to contact your domain name registrar and have them change your DNS info to the following:

NS3.POWWEB.COM - 64.63.125.203
NS2.POWWEB.COM - 64.63.125.202

The temp url that we provide you will only work for the first 30 days.

Hello again,
I contacted my domain registrar almost 2 weeks ago and gave them the DNS info you provided me. I asked them to change:
NS1.NAMESDIRECT.COM 64.75.34.141
NS2.NAMESDIRECT.COM 206.12.4.2
to:
NS3.POWWEB.COM - 64.63.125.203
NS2.POWWEB.COM - 64.63.125.202
but, still, neither my permanent nor my temporary URL will get me to my website. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could take a look at http://www.marktexeira.com and let me know if the problem is still with my DNS or if there's something else I need to do or need to get Network Solutions/Verisign to do.
