email order not recieve

How do i set for recieve email order? I can not recieve signup email and order email.

You mean when the customer places an order that the store owner gets an e-mail? That's the "extra order e-mail" setting in the admin panel - not obvious, I know.

I am not sure what you mean about the newsletter. There is a checkbox people can select when they register to get the newsletter, and there is a newsletter manager.
