Of course there's <meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no"> to include in your pages for other people; but, for your end... so YOU never see that stupid thing again:

Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Name: Enable_MyPics_Hoverbar change this to NO

HAHA Microsoft... I will win at something for a change! No more image toolbar on my computer!

If it is ticking, that is more than a reformat. That is a replacement.

yup! Dell made me mad in the beginning and they upgraded me from 20gig to 30gig. Then, it died in the fall and they screwed up... send me a 40gig instead. hmmm... what's up this time around? they're sellin' these with 60gig now. hmmm

Ummmm, why not just go into "Internet Options" from within your control panel, or through "Tools" >"Internet Options" from IE and then to "Advanced" and find

Multimedia
Enable Image Toolbar (requires restart)

and uncheck the box to the left of it???

Doesn't require a reg hack!

oh but its so much more fun to play with the reg. When the computer is already clicking, why not give it software troubles too lol. Between that and I think I've proven that I'm not all that bright.... well, I've got 206 pages of reading material now so I'll try pushin' "some" info into the cranial cavity.
