headers? in the store

where do you change the headers in the categories from "Let's see what we have here" to like on Natural's site it's "Nature's Sunshine Circulatory products". thanks!

Text such as this is defined in one of the various files under includes/languages. Do a search of your site files for the text you want to change.

There are also "contributions", such as "Categories with descriptions", that allow for more detailed category pages, such as I have on my Cheshire Garden store.

is there an easy way to search your files on the server, or is that a local notepad type thing?

No, there is no way to search on the server. You have the files on your local PC, don't you? If not, you should download a copy of your site to your local system. Then you can search the PHP files. You would use a multi-file search, such as is in most site design programs. Windows search may work too, except on XP, it seems very particular as to which file types it will search.
