I have read the threads on here and I don't have a clue how to get this shopping cart into my website, I can use ftp and have a frontpage to upload with the links built in on the left. No Idea how to even begin with the shopping cart! Guess it boils down to I don't know Crap! Helpppppppppppppppppppp me please! you wouldn't happen to know where I can find detailed intructions from the beginning would you?

You could possibly use FrontPage as long as you used the FTP method of publishing, and not the Extensions. http://wiki.oscommerce.com/docs is a pretty good introduction. But I'll warn you that you're going to have to wade in deep to get things to the point where you'd want the public to see it.
