Open Site\uninstall.exe

When I cranked up my computer today, I keep getting a pop-up from my "StartUpMonitor" program that says: "The program Open Site has registered the executable C:\Program Files\Open Site\uninstall.exe to run at startup. Do you wish to allow this change?" I select "No", and it goes away...for a while, but it keeps popping up. I have run AVG AntiVirus and SpyBot, but it has no effect. It does not show in my list of progams.

Any idea what this is, and how to get rid of it?

I finally had to pay for a program to get rid of it...plus a few other things I wanted to get rid of. Sometimes free programs won't do the job.
