Please critique my site...NebraskaStorms.com (http://www.nebraskastorms.com) . I'm trying to decide if I should just skip the flash intro page and go straight to the MAIN (http://www.nebraskastorms.com/main.htm) page...Also another concern of mine is finding a good way to display image galleries.
Any critiques / suggestions are very much appreciated...

In my opinion lose the flash intro. It does not add value to the site rather it makes a user action 2 instead of just 1 before getting to your site proper.

The photo gallery page has links that are still under construction and I don't think it's right. Remove the page or complete the work on the page including all the links.

Having thumb nail size images/pictures is far better than links to picture with descriptions by the side since one is expected to see pictures on the photo gallery page.

Just visited the photo gallery page. May get back to you if/when I look at the other pages and I have anything worth mentioning.

Another note on your intro page is that you'll lose search engine rankings if your index page does not have any content. If search engines are to be one of your main sources of traffic, you definitely will want to drop that page!
