Windows XP Login Sound

would anyone happen to know where the file is, or the name - and i can run a search... of the sound file windows xp uses when you logon / turn on the computer. and i should be able to just overwright, keeping the same name and .ext of the file and that new noise will be played when xp boots up right? hope i made that clear.
