By default, the user's computer is trying to send via AOL... We need to change it to use Outlook.

Where is the magic key?

Thanks ahead of time.

Hi Skunkboy

IE / Extras / Internet Options / Programs / E-Mail / select from pulldown menu

Not sure if the above is translated correct (you know, different language here), just send me an Email or PM and I'll make a screenshot.

When I try to right click a file in explore, and tell it to "send to" is when it kicks to AOL and I need it into Outlook.

With the above procedure you can change the default Email Client which will normally also change the "Send to -> Email Recipient" link.
Didn't work?

I'll forward the information. I'm not in RA with him anymore.

SB, you said Outlook but just in case you meant Outlook Express ;)

Go to "Tools" > "General" at the bottom you should see

"Default Messaging Programs"

"This application is the default mail handler" > button "Make Default"

"This application is the default news handler" > button "Make Default"

Click the Make Default button and it should replace any other mail handler for the system.
