You can point a subdomain to another website by using a CNAME in OPS. You can point a subdomain to an IP address by using an A Record in OPS.

I guess you could...
You could setup an A record and/or CNAME in OPS and have the subdomain pointing to you server (you would need an IP address or domain name to point to).
You could also use .htaccess to redirect the subdomain to another domain name (which would be on your server).
EDIT:
Too slow again :o

Go to the DNS tab in OPS. Add a CNAME or an A Record.
what do i put for domain in the CNAME bit? do i have to do an A record and a CNAME....also how long does it take to resolve? :)

Not if your ISP allows it.
ok so i have my own server
http://69.10.137.7
and
http://69.10.137.8
anyone know what i should do at that end to set it up to work with a subdomain at powweb?
