Counter is not working

I signed up for the Powweb counter service a few days ago, and I still have not been given authorization to use it. I am guessing this is the problem - since the counter is not showing up on my web page.

Can an admin look into the problem and verify that I am signed up correctly with the counter ? The username and password that it asks for on the counter signup is my OPS username and password, right ?

Also check the source code and make sure that I am using the correct path.

Are the counters working now? I signed up for one a few days ago and got an email saying they were down for maintenance.
