Error when uploading easy populate file

Hey, I was uploading an easy populate file and got this error:
1226 - User 'rbones151' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 72000)

is this an error because my file is too big or an error because I did it too many times today? I am testing and loading products so I have imported a few times.
