I would like to setup a database and have a webpage show the results to a html file.
The file that I'm updating manually is here:
http://www.kingscountyares.org/members_activity_report2004.shtml

I would like to take the info that I would input in the in the database and put it into the file I maunally edit.
I guess this is some of the tables fields I need

Callsign
Events
Hours Donated
total hours for event
total hours per person
Total hours for everyone to date for year

If someone could point me in the direction of a free script CGi/PHP that would allow me (Someone that knows nothing about it) setup a database that is now blank and show me the tags to put into the html file.

bear in mind I KNOW NOTHING about setting up a database or PHP scripting
everything that I have done with both are with docs and someone directing me and searching this great forum. Please be gentle.

so far I have the database with nothing in it setup with a username.

check out hotscripts.com. If you cannot find what you need there, you may be stuck hiring a programmer to do it, or updating it manually as you are now.

hiring a programmer is not an option.
I checked cgi-resources and hotscripts

Building a database, adding data and displaying reports on a page is a multi-step, multi-file process, so it's not really something you can find a "cut and paste" solution for.

You might want to try someplace like elance.com. You post what you need, and programmers from all over the world bid on the job. For someone who knows php/MySQL what you require is pretty simple - a couple of hours work at the most - so you might find that you get some very affordable bids.
