MySQL 05 down?

My forums on mysql05 just went down. Instead the usual familiar "too many connections" error that tells me it's just an overload issue on powweb's end, I get this scary message...

Is that just another of the powwebs-servers-are-too-busy message or is something wrong on my end? (and btw, how are we supposed to tell when it's on powweb's end or ours?)

EDIT:::: okay, never mind, it just came back up. It was only down for about 10 minutes, but that scary message had me freaked. I guess I can just add it to the roster of powweb-is-down messages now. :rolleyes:

You know what they say, you push down on one problem and another one pops up. There is always a next weakest link. But in this case it still may be on the same server :(
