index.html not working

I deleated my index.html and uploaaded a new one and only my logo comes up DER1S.COM ..........iT WORKED FINE UNTIL i SCREWED IT UP? When I type in http://www.der1s.com/der1s/index.html it works. the same index.html http://www.der1s.com dont work ?

What should be one there.

You can't see the text since the body tags have text="#FFFFFF" which is white...and that won't show up on a white background. Change the text color to see it.
