It's just bouncin' around like a basketball: up, down, up, down.....

It's down now, but I'm sure it'll come back up shortly. It always does.

My site is killing me lately. It keeps going down and back up and acts slow sometimes too. I keep getting:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Its really starting to bother me. Anyone know the cause?

Powweb must have their air-conditioners on high and when the compressors kick in...the computers lose power and shut down.

Your site loaded instantly for me. Rock climbing in Texas - what would kill me first? My fear of heights? The Texas heat? Actually falling and landing? Hmmm. Still looks like fun.

Tonka toys from Hell? Gee, there are so many cool things to see on this website. I have to tell my client with the travel site to see this! :D

Now you know some people are going to read this and say, "PowWeb runs the servers out of their offices?!" So for the record, the offices are several miles away from the servers.

So even if we turn on the air conditioning, microwave, toaster oven and all of our hair dryers and curling irons at the same time and black out the entire block, the servers will still be humming along over at the data center.

Just FYI. ;)

I had a client who thought his website was turned off when his web host had problems. He also didn't understand when he could not get connected to the Internet. There are really people who don't have a clue about how stuff works. Most of us know we are joking here, but ... then there are the "others" who believe what they read or don't know when we are joking.
