I'm just about ready to find another web host. How many customers do you have to lose before you offer better up time?

99.7%?????? The .3% seems to be taking a long time.

Perhaps Terra needs to be put out of its misery.

Powweb should seriously consider a "server down" message for its clients when their site cannot be accessed to to server issues.

How many customers do powweb's clients lose whenever they visit a site and get a "Cannot find server" message?

I know that SOUNDS stupid, but it could be done. Terra is not the only powweb server. (I surely hope not)

No, however that is helpful for Powweb's clients, but visitors to the respective websites on those servers would be dumbfounded and would leave just as quick as with a "Cannot find server" error. I'm referring to having a custom error message from Powweb that would appear in place of the "Cannot find server" error. A message that would state something like:

"The server hosting the website you are searching for is currently down. Please try again later.
Sorry for the inconvenience
Thank you, Powweb.com"
