How do I upload empty files?

It's imperative that I upload a couple of files that are empty to make a perl program work. But Powweb FTP skips them! Where is the setting that'll let me upload files with nothing in them?

You can use the built-in ftp in windows explorer and drag them to the ftp location. I just tried it and it works.

Where is the "built-in FTP"? How does it work, and do you mean Windows Explorer or Microsoft Internet Explorer?

use either one. but windows explorer is easier to use. put the following in the address bar:

ftp://username:password@ftpservername.com

There is no address bar. There is nothing that'll let me upload this! On either thing!!
