I get that message when viewing the user. Then OPS tells me: "You can set up email addresses for this user by going to the SMTP tab."
I check SMTP, and the e-mail address is fine and the recipient is set to the same user. Seems to be an issue when creating a new user from the Users menu instead of the POP3 menu.
Needless to say, this user is unable to send messages since OPS thinks he has no e-mail address associate with him even though he clearly does in the SMTP tab. Any ideas?
