Keep getting the following error message, was working 2 days ago

The host 'mail.xxxxxx.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: xxxxxxxx Server: 'mail.xxxxxx.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I'm on mail03 and it's working here. Both POP3 and Webmail.

AmandaJane, Im havong exactly the same problem. Im in the same server and two days ago, was working fine. I have posted in General Support.
Its funny because webmail is working fine.
Let wait for support!

The host could not be found indicates a DNS error, not a problem with mail03.

Make sure your domain registration information is current, and you can try using mail03.powweb.com as the hostname istead of mail.xxxx.com to see if that works.

Everything seems to be back up and running again after 2 days of errors, without changing anything.

Even webmail wasn't working for the last 2 days, I'd sign in and as soon as I clicked on Inbox or any other folder it would return to the login page, but is working again today.

Started having problems even viewing my complete site yesterday, but everything seems to be back up and performing normally.

Thanks for the responses anyway, guess it was just one of those things.
