All email with bad user names currently goes to the primary account. Are their any plans to profide other options? Sites like crushlink.com are generating random user names and they all go in my primary mail box.
Is their a forum for suggesting enhancements?

You have complete control over the "catch-all" for e-mail sent to your account.
Sign in at http://ops.powweb.com/
Click on Packages
Click on SMTP
The entry named "*@yourdomain.xxx" catches e-mail that isn't covered by any other alias. Click Edit, and you can have the catch-all mail sent to one or more e-mail addresses either within or outside of your domain.

This is "by design" according to what I've been told by PowWeb support. There are two ways that you can use it to your advantage:
1.) You can use it like a traditional POSTMASTER account to catch misguided mails to your domains. This is handy if you want to do something with such mail, especially important if you WANT to keep contact with potential customers and the like who may be trying to contact someone at your company, and simply mistyping the name.
2.) You can use it as a catch-all "garbage" account. Just set up your e-mail software to poll it and either delete it or put it in a low-priority inbox for later examination.
Either of these can be particularly powerful if you use software that will poll automatically, and sort and filter messages in the catchall inbox. Fetchmail on Unix is especially useful for this sort of thing.
I suppose they could just "bounce" e-mail to invalid domain accounts, but then folks would probably fuss that they are missing important messages. This gives you a lot more control.
Just a couple of suggestions. I am *NOT* a PowWeb representative though. They may have a better answer for you.
