Flash Intro

Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to create a flash intro to my site? I have no experience with flash, but I would like a simple intro.

For example, my name is ALEX but my website is called XELA Creations (my name spelled backwards) I would like the intro to say something like "Welcome To XELA CREATIONS" and then the X-E-L-A unscramble to form "by ALEX Jones"
