Temporary URL

I just purchased my hosting plan, and I went to upload my forums. The problem is, the temporary URL only gives me one page. When I try to access my CGI-BIN, it gives me a 404 not found, but I know the directory exsists (I created it myself).

When I first logged on with my ftp account, the path was just a plain "/". There wasn't a CGI-BIN or anything. Is that normal for a new account?

I really need to access my site befor I change my URL to point to PowWeb's servers.

Yes, it's normal for it to not have any folder. Please wait until the server creates them for you.

How long does it usually take? I bought my plan around 7-8 hours ago.

Did you recieve an email stating that your account would be setup in 30 minutes?

Yes I did. I received all three E-mails I was supposed to. I logged into my FTP account an hour or two after that, and there were no folders at all. Then the temp URL wouldn't work.

Try logging into OPS first and click on the billing tab to make sure there's no issue with billing.

FYI: Your directories look like they were created around 8:30 this AM.
