I tried to upload some files and was told my disk quota was full!! I checked ops and this is what I got:

Status active
Quota N/A MB / 25600 Files
Used 1024.00 MB / 2702 Files
Server Hostname pulsar.powweb.com

I know I have not transfered a GB worth if files. The files i transfer are mostly html/php files or small images. I do not transfer large files. Is this a monthly limit? My quota says n/a. Could somebody look into this for me?

When will I be able to transfer files again?

1024.00 MB is exactly 1gb which would be your limit...

Used 1024.00 MB / 2702 Files
^^ that means you've used 1gb with 2702 files

so its working fine cut back on some of your stuff

Take a look in with ftp and see what you have. Must be more than you think.

i see... alright I get it now.. I was under the impression that was telling me how much bandwidth/ftp traffic i had used and how many files I have transfered when in fact it was telling me I have too much stuff so I need to clean house!!

..nevermind put a pointy hat on me and put me in the corner.. :)

I wonder why powweb has not fixed the N/A in the member ops?
Not that it is a big deal.

For anybody scoring at home I found the culprit for my 'bloated' disk quota is an install of dotproject I had in a subdirectory. It took about 950MB by itself, i promptly deleted it.. Just a note for anybody who is looking into installing dotproject..

I was thinking...wow, now Powweb doesn't limit our quota any more. Am I dreaming?
