FTP Users (nonmaster) Login?

How do I make multiple FTP logins, what directories can they access, and how do they login?

I've been testing a nonmaster FTP login and it's not working... :confused:

You specify the top-level directory that the user can access in the settings for that user in Member Operations. The default is your entire package.

Users "log in" with their FTP client by specifying their username and password. Did you have something else in mind? webftp.powweb.com works too.
