How do you renew?

Ok so I got that warning email saying my domain will be lost in Oct cuz dats when I bought it. To tell u the truth I didn't think I would be keepin my site longer but since its somewhat success I decided to keep it for 4 more years. Ok so this is the question. When I bought my site I used a credit card to pay for it but now that credit card has been cancelled. Will that be a problem? Where do I go to renew?

You got a new Credit Card?. Go into OPS http://ops.powweb.com and see Accounting> Pay Methods

You got a new Credit Card?. Go into OPS http://ops.powweb.com and see Accounting> Pay MethodsBefore it will let you delete the old CC details you will need to add the new CC. It is then simple to follow the on screen prompts to make the new CC the main payment method.

To add a new credit card:

- Log in to http://ops.powweb.com

- Click the "Accounting" tab

- Click "Pay Methods"

- Click "Add Credit Card" (at the bottom of page). Fill out the form and click the "Add Credit Card" button.

Once you have added a new card here are the steps to make the new card the primary billing method for the account:

- Click on the "Accounting" tab.

- Click "PayMethods."

- Click on the name or number of the credit card you want to be the primary card for the account.

- Near the bottom of the page, check the box in the "Please select the Accounts you would like to make this the Primary Payment Method for" line.

- Click the "save" button.



To renew your domain name, log in to https://ops.powweb.com and click on the "Domain Registrations" tab. In the "Renewal" section, click the "Renew" button to extend your registration for another year.

Once the renewal is initiated, don't forget to go back under the 'Accounting' tab to manually process the payment.

"You" can't delete the old card. Powweb billing would have to do that.
