I just set up my powweb.com account yesterday and can seem to work the email service. Is there a way to view emails on the web instead of forwarding them to a POP3 account? I cant seem to figure out how the hole mail thing works. thanks for the help :)

Once the domain name works, you can use the powweb webmail.

Go to webmail.yourdomain.com

when i go to the link above (i substituted yourdomain, with mine) all I get is my homepage. http://www.webmail.wheelingap.com/ thats what i get. i have recently switched my webhosting over from dotster and i had to switch the name servers over to the powweb servers and it said it would take around 72 hours to change. is that going to affect it?

I still show your nameservers as:

NS3.NAMERESOLVE.COM
NS4.NAMERESOLVE.COM

so they have not fully propogated yet.

also, you need no www. in front
