Just how long does cancellation take?

It says 7-10 days, and even that is an insane amount of time for a reply to something. My request is currently up to 247.56 hours, and counting.

Does anyone know just how long this actually takes?

Cancellations are processed within 7 to 10 days from the date we receive the cancellation request. They are processed in the order that they are received, if you have any other questions regarding cancellation, please email billing@powweb.com.

7 - 10 days (give or take a sick day, time zone differences, Labour day holiday, etc.)

If you are worried email billing@powweb.com again and quote your tracking number.
