Is there any way to setup a domain name on our powweb account to send all our visitors to the same site as our original domain name?

Original domain : abc.com
Secondary Domain: xyz.com

both redirect users to my main site.
I don't want to use my domain panel to forward it as it wont suit my needs.

Yes, you can do this. There is a $20 fee to set it up. In Member Operations, with your package selected, fill in xyz,com under Additional Domain and click Add Domain. Then go to your registrar and set the nameservers to ns3.powweb.com and ns2.powweb.com

If you want e-mail services for this other domain to provide zyx@newdomain.com - then you're going to have to work hard at it. It used to be possible to have that type of setup, but no longer

The pointing part works fine still - you're allowed 5 domains per package.

If I do that my new domain will forward any incoming traffic to my main website right?

This is done using .htaccess file - search the forums or use the tutorials, or Google for .htaccess for more details.
