Pulsar slow again...anybody else seeing this?

Anyone else experiencing "slow" responses on Pulsar? Last couple weeks the server has been extremely slow in serving up pages.

Contacted support and that fixed the problem for about 30 minutes...

1. plain html and straight graphics...slow (these were lightening fast prior to 14 days ago)
2. anything/everything with an include behind it is just sitting there
3. sql responding ok

Checked tbones status page and appears green across the board.

Calling support again. Other thoughts?

Run a traceroute. See if there are lags between you and PowWeb.

Ran traceroute for nearly 24 hours. Two packet loss anomolies show, but i see those on my other powweb sites as well and experience no impact in responsiveness.

I am contacting support one more time...
