Mcguire, keep track of your site on www09. I really have problems with slowness hourly & daily that I've been reporting to support. Here's the direct support link which you should use - https://ops.powweb.com/?module=main&submodule=support.

There apparantly is an abuser on the server who bogs it down but that's all I can gather from their feedback. It's completely frustrating though for all of us on that server...
