I have purchased a hosting package about an hr ago, it says it has to be set up manually because the address cant be verifyed, im wondering if there is ppl working with doing account setups on saturdays ?
I have purchased a hosting package about an hr ago, it says it has to be set up manually because the address cant be verifyed, im wondering if there is ppl working with doing account setups on saturdays ?As they are based in the west coast of USA, they are about 8hr behind UK time. I don't know if they work Saturdays, but they don't work at 6am on a Saturday for account setups!
Even if they work on a Saturday, it will take time to verify the CC you've given them (that is the usual problem). You will proabably be asked to scan your CC and send them a copy of it - you can delete (using software) all the numbers except the last 4 digits.
Once they've verified your card & address then it will still take 2-4days for the domain you've registered with them to become live (this is true of all registrations).

It is a lovely weekend here, so what am I doing sitting inside in front of a monitor? But you are correct, I am not "on a weekend" (I know what it means to Brits.)
aye i thought they where only 6 hrs behind nevermind. hmm well on the email it said the CC is verifyed its just the address that isnt. plus a m8 signed up for hosting and it was done within 30 mins... so ... well looks like i gota w8 till monday at least.

and at the end of Oct we'll be @ GMT

seems sum1's sorted it says domains been configured, 24-72 hrs itll be accressible thru permanent url :) nice1
