View Full Version : Help! Website has been deactivated!

My website(7byte.com) just been deactivated because my credit card was declined. I have already updated my credit card information and email billing@powweb.com but no response yet! I want my site to be reactivated and back on! I am panicking!

Some one please look into the matter or I have to move to a new host urgently!

Hi,

We will not be able to just charge the card for you in OPS because you need to enter the CVV2 code for the first charge. I have made the new card your primary payment method, all you have to do now is login to OPS and click on the "Make a Payment" button under the Main tab. The button is on your left hand side of the page.

I can't find a link to do this.

My card has been declined 3 times and it is still the one your robots want to use. Very frustrating.

How does one change the primary pay method?

Hi,

When you enter a new credit card, at the bottom of the screen, it will let you select the card as the primary payment method.

Accounts: Check the Accounts you would like to make this the Primary Payment Method for.
New Account Balance: $0.00 Status: active

Make a card on file as your primary payment method.
1) Login to OPS
2) Click on Accouting tab -> Paymethods tab
3) Click on your credit card numbers
4) At the bottom of the screen it wil let you select it as your Primary payment method.

Accounts: Please select the Accounts you would like to make this the Primary Payment Method for.

New Account Balance: $-93.24 Status: active

Help please!!!!

My account has been closed because the credit card declined! I forgot to update the card info (and just did that this morning after the fact).. I cannot make this new card primary and cannot make the payment!

I really need the site re-activated! Please help!!!

I wish we had some grace period of at least 24 hours befor the deactivation.. :(

I don't see ANYTHING at the bottom of the screen which indicates the ability to select a primary pay method. I looked for it the first time.

I talked to another member who talked to phone support, after a half hour wait, and she reported that the support person admitted that some reminders did not get sent out.

I have a package expiring next week. I went to the appropriate pages in OPS to look into renewing. I found out that the CC I used "expired" in March (it's actually been renewed through 03/06). There is a form to change the expiration date on that page. I changed the date accordingly. Now the expiration date is correct but OPS still shows the card as "expired". How can I update that information??
