My site has also been deactivated!!

Help please!!!!

My account has been closed because the credit card declined! I forgot to update the card info (and just did that this morning after the fact).. I cannot make this new card primary and cannot make the payment!

I really need the site re-activated! Please help!!!

I wish we had some grace period of at least 24 hours before the deactivation.. I also have been trying to call the support line but it was busy for a few hours!!!!

try the chat room which worked out for me last night. there might be somebody there who is not inundated with questions and has authority to take care of deactivated accounts. otherwise, you will have to wait for accounting.
