My account (VHGD.ORG) is on automatic renewal/recurring charge
(quarterly). The credit card on file is good. It has been used for
the previous payment.

Then suddenly I was informed my account is de-activated !!
Billing department has not responded to my inquiry yet.
Could not chat online.

Is there other way to quickly resolved this?

Nhan TranThe ONLY way to resolve this is to e-mail Billing@powweb.com - you might be lucky and have a member of staff spot this thread and publicly give a reason or explanation of the problem, but most likely they won't.

Billing department has resolved this issue.

It turns out that I have 2 existing cards and
I did not select one card to be the primary payment method
so the system default to manual payment which I, of course,
don't know and thus did not pay manually on time.

Just share this with all. Hope it helps you to avoid accidental
de-activation.
